DEEP MEDITATION talks about Meditation as a process of investigation and discovery of a deeper part of oneself. The text exposes practices that allow us to reach a level of concentration that opens the necessary \u201cdoors\u201d for Deep Meditation within ourselves. Even this book exists only in the electronic format and not in print. Video and audio indicate energy paths and points of concentration, also allowing us to make some guided experiences for the development of greater awareness. It is a practical\u2013theoretical text, including both a compendium of refined observations on how to develop an elevated state of consciousness and practical handbook, which guides the reader in the use of ancient procedures that lead from the First to the Fourth Chakra.<\/p>\n

This is the first of a pair of works describing technologies and procedures that for centuries have only been handed down orally. The second volume, Transcendence<\/a><\/strong>, describes the subtle centres of the head and connections with other dimensions of consciousness.<\/p>\n
